The newest release by Brainfeeder artist Brandon Coleman is nice in its attempt at creating sweet, groovy synth-funk pieces a-la-Daft-Punk, without saying with mixed results. While the first half of it transpires passion and vigour and motion, the second part falls flat trying to sound mellower and more sensual. The sounds the singer portray on Resistance are cute and enjoyable, but they'd be much more appealing if he decides to fully come to be as he authentically is, rather than just a gimmick of someone else.
