The Melvins and Nirvana's ex drummer has a freaking lot of fun with this collection of interludes and proper songs that is his debut solo album. There's an erratic, frenetic, almost jammy kitsch that feels enigmatic and charming as well. There's joie-de-vivre onto these instrumentals, and there's a dissonant cynisim that keeps you awake and interested the whole journey. Haunting, industrial but exhilarating.
