The dystopian experiments and risks he takes fully work on and into every track, while Mike seems even more eager to speak up against injustices in today's USA. That being said, he's clearly not as angry as he might be willing and ready to take action and fight back, whatever the costs. This is a gem of an album; something cerebral, but with an overwhelming heart and mind capacity to scrabble on.
