Adzer is an album subdivided between three act forms (Bardo Tool, M. M. Peres and Úgjü Sectas) all coming from South America. Their release aims at programming ambient pop with utter noise, field recordings and avant-garde structures to form a unified piece of musical statement. Sadly, the performances feel too all-over-the-place and clattered to be fully enjoyed. There's not a clear sense of coherence or organisation between the six tracks, and while that may not necessarily be a problem for an album to work, it certainly has a detrimental effect on the effect that the artists are trying to pull through here.
